Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise Electrical Installations: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including wiring, cabling, and equipment.
2. Supervise and coordinate with the site team and electrical contractors.
3. Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, codes, and standards.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical work progress and quality.
5. Identify and resolve electrical issues, defects, or faults.
6. Develop, implement, and manage electrical project plans, schedules, and budgets.
7. Coordinate with other MEEP agencies.
8. Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
9. Ensure that all electrical equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.
10. Collaborate with the project team to resolve electrical-related issues and ensure project timelines are met.

Handover and Maintenance

1. Electrical system handover documentation.
2. After possession of client complaint resolution.
3. Coordination with maintenance team.
