- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical production and maintenance activities.
- Monitor electricians and technicians and allocate work as required.
- Ensure electrical work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
- Check electrical panels, wiring, cables, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues and breakdowns.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.
- Maintain basic records of electrical work, maintenance, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
- Report daily work progress and major issues to the management.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in electrical supervision, industrial electrical work, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate work efficiently.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
