Role & responsibilities

- Supervise electrical technicians and helpers across shifts.

- Maintain motors, MCC/PCC panels, switchgear, cabling, earthing, DG set, transformer and APFC panel.

- Install, program, commission and troubleshoot VFDs for conveyors, blowers, shellers, graders and pumps.

- Maintain pneumatic systems: compressors, cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL units and air lines.

- Design, assemble and wire control panels in-house (MCC, starter, VFD and PLC panels), including drawings, component selection, testing and documentation.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime.

- Install and commission new machines and support automation and capacity-expansion projects.

- Monitor power consumption and implement energy-saving measures.

- Ensure electrical safety and statutory compliance (lockout/tagout, earthing, inspections).

- Maintain maintenance records,



panel drawings and daily reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (ITI with solid experience may be considered).

- 3 to 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance, with hands-on panel wiring, VFD and pneumatic experience.

- Supervisory experience and electrical supervisor license preferred.

- Food or cashew manufacturing machine experience is an advantage.

Key Skills

- 3-phase motors, control circuits, VFD programming, pneumatic circuits

- Panel wiring, testing and fault-finding (multimeter, megger, clamp meter)

- Reading electrical drawings; basic PLC knowledge

- Team leadership and quick problem-solving

- Hindi and local language; basic English/Marathi is an advantage
