Electrical Site Supervisor – Qualification & Experience Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical Supervisor License/Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical site supervision.
- Experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and site execution.
- Experience in street lighting, decorative lighting, cable laying, LT panels, DBs, electrical equipment, and related civil/electrical works is preferred.
- Experience in handling electrical manpower, subcontractors, materials, and daily site activities.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQ, and specifications.
- Experience in preparing daily progress reports, material requirements, and work measurements.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and site safety practices.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other site teams.

Key Responsibilities:





- Supervise and monitor electrical work at site.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage electricians and helpers at site.
- Check quality of installation and workmanship.
- Coordinate material requirements and site activities.
- Maintain daily progress and manpower records.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer/Manager for timely completion of work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
