- Experience in HT/LT line and substation works.
- Experience with 11 kV / 33 kV electrical works.
- Ability to supervise contractors and labour at site.
- Ability to conduct site surveys and measurements.
- Ability to understand BOQ, estimates and electrical drawings.
- Experience coordinating with MPMKVVCL/MPPKVVCL and MPPTCL officials.
- Ability to accompany AE/EE/SDO/department officials during site inspections.
- Experience in JMC preparation.
- Experience in RA bills/final bills and departmental documentation.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi, with basic working English.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites and government offices.
- Qualification: 12th + ITI/Diploma/Graduate (Electrical)
