Position: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant outdoor/site experience in electrical and infrastructure works.
- Experience in 33 kV to 132 kV substations and overhead transmission/distribution lines is preferred.

Desired Skills & Qualities

- Practical experience in outdoor/external electrical works.
- Ability to manage and supervise site activities independently.
- Experience coordinating with clients, team leaders, workers, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage site/store materials and tools.
- Two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage but optional.
- Experience in professional email drafting and correspondence.
- Ability to prepare material requirements and site reports.
- Basic knowledge of petty cash management.
- Ability to take responsibility for overall site activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities.
- Plan and allocate work to manpower as per the site requirements.
- Coordinate daily work plans with the Team Leader / Master / Project Team.
- Arrange required materials, tools, equipment, and manpower for site activities.
- Prepare and communicate material requirement lists.
- Maintain and monitor site/store materials and tools.
- Check tools and equipment on a daily basis.
- Maintain records of auto, vehicle, and equipment readings.




- Arrange drinking water and other necessary facilities for workers at site.
- Obtain required L.C. (Line Clearance) / work permissions from EB/Electrical authorities, as applicable.
- Ensure workers follow all required electrical and site safety precautions.
- Give proper safety instructions and work directions to workers before and during execution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding site requirements and progress.
- Monitor manpower productivity and work quality.
- Take responsibility for the overall execution and management of the assigned site.
- Maintain basic site records, reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Handle petty cash and maintain proper records of site-related expenses.
- Report daily work progress, requirements, issues, and site conditions to management.
- Ensure materials and tools are properly utilized and maintained.

Relevant Project Experience Candidates should be able to provide details of previously executed projects, including:

- Project name and location.
- Client/contractor name.
- Type of electrical/infrastructure work executed.
- Voltage level (33 kV / 66 kV / 110 kV / 132 kV, etc.).
- Scope of work handled.
- Duration of the project.
- Candidate's specific role and responsibilities.
- Manpower handled.
- Major works successfully completed.

Interview Process Interview will be primarily based on the candidate's previous project execution experience.

Candidates should be prepared to explain their previous projects, site responsibilities, technical knowledge, manpower management, material management, safety practices, and coordination with clients.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
