Supervise and manage day-to-day activities on assembly and production lines.

- Monitor worker performance and provide guidance and support to team

members.
- Ensure production targets and timelines are achieved efficiently.
- Allocate work to operators and ensure smooth workflow on the production line.
- Monitor the quality of electrical assembly and ensure products meet required

standards.
- Identify production-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for

timely resolution.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports, including output, challenges,

downtime, and progress, to the concerned authority.
- Ensure all workers follow safety protocols, workplace procedures, and plant

guidelines.
- Maintain discipline and proper coordination among production-line workers.
- Assist in training and onboarding new workers whenever required.
- Ensure proper handling and use of tools, equipment, and electrical components.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth and timely production.

Requirements
- ITI Electrical / Diploma Electrical / B.Tech Electrical qualification is mandatory.




- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical component manufacturing,

assembly, or production.
- Practical knowledge of electrical assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to supervise and effectively manage a team of workers.
- Good understanding of production processes and workplace safety.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic production and assembly-related issues.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing

setting.
- Experience in inverter, solar, or renewable energy manufacturing will be an
