- Allotment & monitoring of PPM activities .

- Review of Spare parts planning.

- Review of concerned Legal compliance need for Operations & Vendors.

- On job training for all team members for Electrical teams .

- Review of Sodexo legal compliance related to Sodexo Safety systems .

- Review of Stores inventory for Electrical systems .





- Leave Planning & management for Electrical Team

- Work with the Sr.

Facility

Mgr to review the services delivery, ensuring it is appropriate, operating in accordance with agreed LSAs for Electrical Systems .

- Provide out of hours response to incidents. Work with the Sr. FM and team to develop out of hours response protocols for electrical systems .

- Take a lead role in managing M&E; projects related to Electrical Systems .

- Identify training needs to maintain a competent team for Electrical .

- Assist Sr. FM in the development of the annual budgets for both revenue and capital expenditure related to electrical systems .

- Manage energy programs to achieve agreed energy efficiency deliverables.

- Support the Health and Safety Officer with technical inputs where necessary.

- Ensure that M&E; team, vendors and contractors fully comply with HSE requirements.
