Key Responsibilities

- Lead Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance for all production and utility equipment.
- Develop and monitor Annual Maintenance Plans, PM schedules and shutdown plans.
- Handle Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, Plasma Cutting, EOT Cranes, Compressors, DG Sets, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems.
- Manage PLC, VFD, Motors, Drives, Electrical Panels, Sensors and Control Systems.
- Monitor Machine Breakdown, Downtime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE and Equipment Availability.
- Conduct RCA and implement CAPA for recurring breakdowns and critical equipment failures.
- Ensure timely Machine Calibration, Preventive Checks and Condition Monitoring.
- Manage Plant Utilities including Power Distribution, DG, Compressor, Cooling Systems and other utility equipment.
- Plan and manage Critical Spares, Consumables, Maintenance Inventory and Minimum Stock Levels.
- Lead Maintenance Manpower, Contractors, Vendors and Service Agencies.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase and EHS teams for smooth plant operations.
- Plan and execute Machine Installation, Commissioning, Modification, Relocation and Upgradation.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend technology improvements and automation.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, Electrical Safety, Statutory Requirements and Maintenance Standards.




- Maintain Maintenance MIS, Breakdown Reports, PM Compliance, Spare Consumption and Cost Reports.
- Prepare and control Maintenance Budget, AMC/Service Contracts and Cost Reduction Plans.
- Drive Energy Saving, Breakdown Reduction, Kaizen, 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation of SOPs, Maintenance Checklists, Machine History Cards and PM Records.

• Ensure quick response to critical breakdowns and minimize production loss and machine downtime.

Preferred Industry Experience 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Sheet Metal, Trailer, Fabrication, Auto Components, Heavy Engineering or similar Manufacturing Industries, with solid exposure to both Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.
