We are looking for a Project Manager – Electrical who can effectively coordinate and manage multiple electrical projects while ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, along with solid planning, coordination, operations, and manpower-management skills.
Experience or exposure to Electrical Infrastructure / Turnkey Projects will be an added advantage.
? Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
- Understand the basic technical aspects of electrical works and effectively coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Plan, analyse and strategize project operations to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Identify operational requirements in advance and make necessary arrangements for manpower, materials, equipment, vendors and other resources.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate between office and site teams.
- Ensure effective manpower deployment and utilization across projects.
- Manage site manpower and maintain a positive, disciplined and harmonious working environment.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government departments, vendors and subcontractors as required.
- Track project timelines, requirements, pending activities and operational issues, and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure proper communication between different teams so that project activities move without unnecessary delays.
- Assist senior management in planning, decision-making and operational strategy for ongoing projects.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, work updates and operational records.
