- Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability and minimum downtime.
- Manage maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, VFDs, MCC/PCC panels and power distribution systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions for recurring failures.
- Plan shutdown maintenance, spares, manpower and maintenance budgets.
- Lead the electrical maintenance team and contractors effectively.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, EHS and statutory requirements.
- Drive TPM, energy efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10-13 years of experience.
