Role & responsibilities

- Attend Breakdown and troubleshooting chart preparation (Shift Maintenance)

- RCA implementation

- PM implementation
- ISO Documentation of maintenance department

- Spare planning and implementation
- Utility Equipments monitoring and coordination with OEMs.
- Electrical energy consumption monitoring and saving initiatives.
- Update PM checklists and ensure 100% compliance.
- Maintain lighting system, wiring, cabling, and control circuits.
- Maintain maintenance records: PM, breakdowns, spares usage
- Monitor power consumption, load distribution, and ensure effective usage.
- Prepare reports: maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, downtime hours).
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule for plant machinery.
- Spare issue / receive records maintain




- Suggest and implement energy-saving initiatives.

- Electrical troubleshooting

- Wiring and control wiring
- PLC troubleshooting and electrical drawing interpretation

- Ladder logic (PLC programming)

- Experience in SPMs
- Strong knowledge of VFDs and servo drives

- Utility equipment knowledge

- Pneumatic circuits knowledge

Maintenance documentation (KPIs, PM/PD, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry

Work Experience: Maintenance department in manufacturing industries only, Automobile
