Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Maintenance Technician with 1–3 years of industrial experience to join our Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery and equipment and ensuring smooth production operations with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, starters, contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, etc.
- Maintain AC motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and production machinery.
- Troubleshoot basic VFDs, sensors, proximity switches, and control circuits.
- Inspect electrical panels, wiring, cables, terminals, and earthing systems.
- Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment operation quickly.
- Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, megger, and tester.
- Read and understand basic electrical wiring and control circuit diagrams.
- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Maintain preventive maintenance and breakdown records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of electrical panels, tools, and maintenance areas.




- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and LOTO practices.
- Coordinate with the Production team during breakdown and maintenance activities.

Requirements
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Good practical knowledge of motors, starters, contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, and control panels.
- Basic knowledge of VFD and PLC troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Ability to read basic electrical circuit diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from manufacturing / engineering industries will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
