- Preparation adherence of Preventive Maintenance Schedule for plant machineries utilities

- Effective Predictive proactive maintenance system.

- Effective breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis.

- Maintenance spare parts / Store Management.

- Works in shifts

- Management System documentation

- Actively participating in Kaizen, TPM, etc

- Part of EHS committee, and various other committees.

Behavioral Skills / Competencies

Essential

- Valid C License holder

- Experience of working in a high production environment, primarily in a process oriented or heavy plant industries.

- Experience in erection and commissioning of equipment.





- Experience in reconditioning / retro fitment of machines.

- Have experience of leading a team in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in maintenance process and documentation.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

- IT literate, notably excel, word etc.

- Exposure and promotion of Health Safety is essential and preferably with a relevant qualification

- Experience in PLC, Servo Drives, Control Systems, Robots.

- Exposure of CI systems; e.g., TPM, Kanban, 5S etc.
