Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Presales Solutions Engineer to support our renewable and utility transformation business. This role bridges product capabilities with client needs, driving strategic proposals, solution design, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end bid management and proposal development (RFP/RFI/RFQ responses)

Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and value propositions

Develop presentations, POVs, capability decks, and strategic solution documents

Conduct effort estimation, risk analysis, and solution positioning for utility transformation programs

Support client discussions, workshops, and strategic pursuits

Perform market analysis, competitor benchmarking,



and industry trend assessments in the utilities sector

Research emerging technologies, regulatory trends, and digital utility transformation initiatives

Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for utilities clients

Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps for modernization initiatives

Work with electric, gas, or water utilities on modernization projects

Support solution development aligned with utility operational and business objectives

Exposure to SCADA, ADMS, EMS, OMS platforms will be an added advantage

Understanding of utility operational technologies and IT-OT integration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field

Experience with Smart Grid, SCADA, ADMS, EMS, OMS

Knowledge of IT-OT integration and utility operational technologies

Strong communication and storytelling capability

Solid documentation and executive presentation skills

Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, or large utility clients
