Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to drive on-site project execution. This role focuses heavily on-site wiring, panel commissioning, managing technical documentation, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for the client at our Shilphata site.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Wiring & Execution: Oversee and execute end-to-end electrical wiring, cabling, and termination activities according to project schematics and safety standards.
- Panel Commissioning: Lead the on-site installation, testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning of electrical control panels.
- Project Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain all electrical-related project documentation, including as-built drawings, testing reports, inspection checklists, and final handover documents.
- Client Communication: Act as the on-site technical liaison. Address client queries, provide clear project updates,



manage expectations, and ensure alignment on technical requirements.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant industry codes, site-specific safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and technical roadblocks are resolved quickly.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.E. / B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of proven field experience focusing on electrical site execution and panel commissioning.
- Solid ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and control schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of effective client-facing interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with dedicated attention to maintaining accurate technical project records.
