Job Summary

Kunj Energy Infra Private Limited is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Solar C&I; (Commercial & Industrial) Projects.

The candidate will be responsible for electrical design, execution, installation, commissioning, testing, and project coordination for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical design and engineering of C&I; solar projects.
- Preparation/review of SLD, electrical layouts, cable schedules and BOQ.
- Selection and sizing of cables, AC/DCDBs, transformers, LT/HT panels, earthing and protection systems.
- Coordination with clients, DISCOMs, consultants and site teams.
- Supervision of solar plant installation, testing and commissioning.
- Understanding of HT/LT systems, net metering, synchronization and protection systems.
- Site inspection, troubleshooting and resolution of electrical issues.
- Checking contractor/vendor work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Preparing project documentation, test reports and commissioning reports.




- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and project timelines.

Required Skills
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Solar C&I; projects.
- Good knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical balance of system (EBOS).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SLD and electrical calculations.
- Understanding of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Experience in

- C&I; Rooftop Solar Projects
- 100 kW–1 MW+ Solar Projects

- HT/LT Solar Projects
- Net Metering / Grid Synchronization

- Solar EPC execution
- Testing & Commissioning
