Position: MV Switchgear Specialist

Experience: Minimum 10 years of operations and maintenance experience directly working with MV switchgear/control gear.

Minimum Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of operations and maintenance experience directly working with MV switchgear/control gear in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong specialist-level knowledge of MV switchgear, circuit breakers, troubleshooting, maintenance, failure investigation, and equipment reliability.
- Experience with ANSI and IEC standards is required.
- Knowledge of motor control gear and motor contactors.
- Knowledge of pad-mounted SF6 equipment is desirable.

Skills Solid knowledge of MV switchgear and circuit breakers, including vacuum, air, compressed-air and SF6 interruption technologies, motor control gear, motor contactors, pad-mounted SF₆ equipment, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, condition assessment, maintenance, repair, technical standards, and engineering support.
