Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Itanagar Tehsil.

The Electrical

Engineer will design and review electrical systems for MEP and civil projects, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems, in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical documentation, performing load calculations, and coordinating with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure integrated project delivery. The role involves site visits for inspections, testing, and commissioning, resolving technical issues,



and supporting project managers in meeting timelines and quality targets.

The Electrical

Engineer may also contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team, aligning design practices with the company’s commitment to industry-ready solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of fundamental principles and applications.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Electrical Design, including preparation of schematic diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Systems and Power Distribution, including load analysis, fault calculations, and system protection concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (such as IEC, IS, or similar), and familiarity with MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), and basic understanding of BIM or digital modeling tools is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-driven environment.
- Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects and interest in mentoring or training activities will be considered beneficial.
