Position: Engineer – Electrical Audit Services

Department: Electrical Audit Operations

Role: Electrical Data Collection from the Site and preparing the reports for the same.

Territory: PAN INDIA & Abroad

Job Purpose: The Electrical Audit Engineer will be responsible for conducting detailed electrical audits at various sites within the designated territory. The role involves collecting accurate electrical data (Cables, Switchgears, Transformer, etc.) assessing compliance with regulatory standards, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for optimising electrical systems.

Minimum Requirements:

- Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering with 1-3 years experience in Electrical projects/ Power Systems (Switchgears & Cables) / Power Quality/ Reactive Power Management/ Electrical Safety/ Earthing Systems & Lightening Protection System.
- Preferably with exposure to the use of testing & measuring instruments like Analyser/ Thermal Imager/ Earth loop meter and more.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel to client sites for project execution, Pan India & abroad.
- Should have a valid driving license & own a 2-wheeler for local travel within the Pune district.
- Should have proven business communication with necessary email etiquette.
- Positive attitude & can-do approach.
- Should be open to learn & studying to enhance domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:





- Understand the Scope of Work committed & study the available details beforehand for timely execution of the order.
- Understand the Electrical standards applicable & the deliverables of the proposed audit.
- Conduct electrical audits at assigned sites to assess the condition and performance of electrical systems.
- Collect detailed electrical data of installed infrastructure as required, covering all components, including Transformers, Switchgears, Cables, etc.
- Identify potential electrical hazards, inefficiencies, or non-compliance with standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Submission of site data to the Power Systems team safely.
- Should be able to command a team of technicians under him in office & interact with the end customer as an interface for the organisation.
- Should be capable of handling internal & external communication related to a project with ease & device mechanism to complete the project before time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing observations, findings, and recommendations.
