Lead electrical design and development of hydro generators, excitation systems, and auxiliary systems. Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Manage modernization, uprating, rehabilitation, and reverse-engineering projects.
- Provide technical support for bidding, project execution, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, ISO, and customer-specific standards.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, OEMs, and manufacturing teams.
- Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams while driving technical excellenc
Preferred candidate profile
Electrical machine design and analysis tools , experience with electrical design and generator, mandatory qualification is B.tech Electrical engineering.
