- 12 years of experience in consultant design, managing complex building services MEP Design BIM projects - like high rise buildings, commercial & residential, Infrastructure
- knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT-MEP, Navisworks is an added advantage.
- Adequate knowledge in Electrical designs - Electrical Distribution Panels, Lighting, Cable management system, Outdoor lighting, Indoor lighting
- Lux Level Calculations; load estimation
- Voltage drops and short circuits calculations
- ELV systems Fire alarm, PAVA, CCTV, SCS
- Hands on experience in using software tools like – Dialux
- Amtech
