Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced BIM Electrical Team Lead to lead our electrical BIM modeling team and oversee the successful execution of BIM projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in electrical systems, Revit MEP, BIM coordination, and team management, along with the ability to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and manage the Electrical BIM modeling team throughout project execution.
- Develop, review, and maintain detailed Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Handle electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, cable trays, conduits, and related services.
- Coordinate electrical models with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage and support timely resolution of clashes.
- Create, modify, and manage customized Revit electrical families as required for projects.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with project requirements,



BIM standards, and client specifications.
- Prepare and deliver LOD 400 and LOD 500 BIM models and associated construction documentation.
- Conduct model reviews and quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Allocate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure project deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other discipline leads to resolve technical and modeling issues.
- Support the development and implementation of BIM workflows, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
- Mentor junior and senior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance when required.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling, with relevant experience in a team-lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
- Positive understanding of electrical systems and BIM coordination processes.
- Hands-on experience in Revit family creation and management.
- Strong knowledge of LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements.
- Experience with GCC projects and international BIM standards is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and work effectively within deadlines.
