- Create accurate and detailed electrical models using Revit software for commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into building designs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans for electrical projects.
- Provide technical support during construction phases to resolve any issues related to electrical installations.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in BIM modeling for electrical systems in commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in Revit Electrical software with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., IEC).
- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects from conceptualization to completion.
