Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers, Electricians, Electrical Supervisors, and Technicians. Team members will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and commissioning electrical and instrumentation systems across MEIL’s infrastructure and industrial projects. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting electrical drawings and P&IDs;, performing routine inspections, diagnosing faults, and executing repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.

The role involves coordinating with project and operations teams, supporting process control and automation activities, and adhering to strict safety, environmental,



and quality standards. Documentation of maintenance activities, compliance checks, and participation in technical upgrades and improvements are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Electrical Engineering and Electricity skills for design review, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess Instrumentation and Process Control skills to support industrial automation, calibration, and monitoring of field instruments and control systems.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to systematically diagnose, isolate, and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues in a timely manner.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline; ITI certification or equivalent for Electricians and Technicians.
- Experience in industrial, power, or infrastructure projects, with familiarity in safety regulations, electrical codes, and permit-to-work systems.
- Ability to work in office in Jodhpur in multi-disciplinary teams, with robust communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, motor control centers, and protective relays is an advantage.
