Your mandate:

→ Spot an opportunity worth pursuing

→ Turn the insight into a business

→ Build the proposition & GTM

→ Own the P&L; and key outcomes

→ Build the team and operating model

→ Take it from 0 → 1 → scale

You’ll have access to Kapiva’s brand, distribution, data,



capabilities and leadership team - while having the ownership and independence to shape the business yourself.

We’re looking for builders, not just operators.

You might be an entrepreneur who wants to build again - with more resources behind you.

You might be a startup operator who’s ready to own a business, not just a function.

Or you might simply be the person who walks into a room and asks: “Why are we doing it this way?” And then goes and builds a better way.
