Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Noida. The position involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and supporting the development of growth strategies.

The Business Development

Associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners, maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demand.



Daily responsibilities also include building and managing client relationships, contributing to sales targets, and representing Counsel Union’s mission and values in all external interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects and nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer segments, and competitive offerings.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within education, training, or mental health sectors, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and use CRM or similar tools to track business activities is preferred.
