Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales Executive
We are hiring an Education Sales Counselor / Inside Sales Executive for an on-site role in Santacruz, Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and driving upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Telesales / Customer Success
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Robust sales, conversion and objection-handling skills
- Experience in achieving revenue/sales targets
- CRM and follow-up management experience
- EdTech experience is preferred
- Comfortable working 6 days a week, 10 AM–7 PM, on-site
