Educational Counsellor –

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, eligibility, and admission procedures.

- Understand students’ interests, skills, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

- Conduct effective follow-ups with prospective students and maintain enquiry records.

- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into admissions by clearly explaining course advantages and career opportunities.

- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.

- Address student and parent concerns related to fees, course structure, placements, and career prospects.

- Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, conversions, and admissions.

- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets through effective communication and relationship building.

- Build positive relationships with students and parents while representing the institute professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
