Responsibilities
- Lead and manage educational projects independently.
- Develop and deliver educational content and assessments.
- Conduct research on educational trends and best practices.
- Analyse performance data of questions and identify trends.
- Create and maintain reports on educational research.
- Conduct student interviews and create remediation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, including those for the Education Specialists.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Education Specialists in the team.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of work produced by the team.
- Manage projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on educational technology and trends.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Humanities subject, education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in creating assessments in Social Science. Experience with history subject is mandatory.
- Background in teaching or working in ed tech (preferred).
- Willing to work from office 3 days a week. Should be from Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
