Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development professional to drive student enrollments and business growth for our technical training programs. The role involves lead generation, student calling and counselling, college/TPO engagement, and building relationships with corporate HRs for internship and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calling, networking, college visits, and other channels.
- Call and engage with students to pitch technical courses and convert leads into enrollments.
- Explain course advantages, internship opportunities, and placement assistance.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, TPOs, placement coordinators, students, and company HRs.
- Identify opportunities for college partnerships, student programs, internships, placements, and corporate collaborations.




- Develop new business opportunities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transition from enrollment to training, internship, and placement.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Student Counselling, or related fields.
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate can apply.
- Sales/Business Development background preferred.
- Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and occasional college visits.
- Experience in EdTech, training, recruitment, staffing, or skill development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
