: EDUCATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Position Overview

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Research Project and Education Program Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and management of our research & educational initiatives. This role involves comprehensive program/project coordination from conceptualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market research on educational programs, faculty expertise, industry trends, and fee structures
- Develop strategic marketing plans for research & educational initiatives
- Coordinate and manage various research & educational programs including workshops, fellowships, certificate programs, and advanced courses
- Liaise with subject matter experts and speakers for program delivery and with research project collaborators.
- Coordinate with operations team for the following: Scheduling both virtual and physical training sessions, Candidate enrolment & ongoing engagement, Conducting Assessments.
- Maintain comprehensive project & program records and documentation
- Develop and publish regular progress reports and outcome assessments. Coordinate dissemination of program results through social media, newsletters, and professional journals. Implement continuous improvement strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.





Required Qualifications

A) Professional Background

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (BBA, B.Com, BMS, BA, IT, BSc.)
- Prior experience in training or program coordination is advantageous but not mandatory

B) Essential Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
- Good skills in PowerPoint presentations and Excel data management
- Understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies
- Strong project management and coordination abilities

Note: Mumbai-based candidates are strongly preferred . This is a full-time job & not a remote/Part-time profile.
