Education Manager (Kerala)

- Objective: Manage regional education operations, drive counselling and admissions performance, build strategic institutional partnerships, and oversee team output to achieve enrollment and revenue targets across Kerala.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the education counselling and admissions team to achieve monthly and regional targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to optimize conversion rates.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new education counsellors.
- Ensure high standards of student service, ethical behavior, and professional communication across the team.

2. Admissions & Student Processing

- Oversee student leads, tracking progress from initial follow-up and counseling to application submission and conversion.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of student applications, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Handle escalated student or parent concerns, coordinating with relevant internal departments for prompt resolutions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Visa/Immigration, Documentation, Sales, and Marketing teams to streamline student pipelines.

3. Partnerships & Business Development

- Counsel students and parents on international education opportunities, universities, courses, eligibility criteria,



and admission requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, universities, colleges, and institutional partners.
- Identify current business opportunities and execute strategies to scale student enrollments and revenue across Kerala.
- Support education fairs, seminars, university events, and school/college promotional visits.

4. Financials, Operations & Reporting

- Track, follow up, and resolve discrepancies regarding education-related commission payments to ensure timely settlements.
- Monitor branch-wise performance and prepare structured sales, conversion, and admissions reports.
- Keep abreast of changing international education policies, university developments, and competitor activities.
- Report regional performance metrics, operational roadblocks, and strategic updates directly to senior management and the CEO.
