COUNSELING & GUIDANCE SALES & CONVERSION RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

- Map academic pathways • Perform cold calling • Engage parents & students
- Assess strengths & needs • Convert qualified leads • Partner with institutions
- Support study & goal skills • Hit enrolment targets • Track progress via CRM

Detailed Breakdown

Guidance & Mentorship: Conduct 1-on-1 counselling, evaluate academic backgrounds, address learning/career challenges, and recommend tailored educational pathways.

Enrolment & Lead Conversion: Proactively reach out to prospective students through lead generation calls, run follow-up campaigns,



and host counselling seminars or workshops.

Operational Excellence: Utilize CRM software and MS Office to maintain student interaction logs, collaborate with internal teams, and stay ahead of modern educational trends.
