Role Overview

We are looking for a target-driven and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, along with experience in Overseas Education / EdTech / Student Counselling / Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding Overseas Education programs, universities, courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/universities.
- Convert leads into enrolments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and counselling records in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the admission/enrolment process.




- Provide excellent student service throughout the counselling journey.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Overseas Education, EdTech, Inside Sales or related fields.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong calling and follow-up ability.
- Target-oriented with a positive and competitive approach.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
