Job Title: Education Counsellor

Location: Wakad/Shivajinagar/Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses and guide students in selecting suitable programs.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified enquiries/leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for a smooth enrolment process.
- Achieve individual and team counselling/admission targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure timely decision-making.
- Address student/parent queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain a professional relationship with students throughout the admission journey.
- Participate in seminars, student engagement activities, counselling sessions, and education events when required.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., BCA, or related backgrounds are welcome.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or EdTech will be preferred.
