Role & responsibilities

- Counsel walk-in and online enquiries about IT courses (Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Full Stack Development)
- Explain course curriculum, fees, and placement guarantee benefits
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email

- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and conversions in CRM
- Build rapport with students and parents to drive conversions

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate (any stream); prior experience in education/admission counselling preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or education sector
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
- Target-driven with valuable convincing ability
