Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products, eligibility and documentation.
Collect, verify and process customer documents for loan applications.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approval, sanction and disbursement.
Follow up with customers and financial institutions to ensure timely processing.
Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining robust customer relationships.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline with 03 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services.
- Excellent communication, customer-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong follow-up, coordination, and customer service skills.
