We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals and help them select the most suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, interests and professional goals.
- Clearly explain course curricula, fees, benefits, certifications and career outcomes.
- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels.
- Regularly follow up with prospective students and convert qualified enquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
- Build positive and long-term relationships with students.
- Achieve individual and organisational admission targets.
- Coordinate remotely with the marketing and academic teams.
- Provide appropriate guidance without misleading or pressuring students.

Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university is compulsory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in education counselling, academic counselling, course sales, student admissions or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Bengali and English is compulsory.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand students’ requirements and recommend appropriate courses.
- Comfortable working with admission targets and lead-conversion responsibilities.




- Basic working knowledge of email, WhatsApp, video-conferencing platforms and CRM or lead-management systems.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, professional courses, vocational training or skill-development programmes will be preferred.

Mandatory Work-from-Home Requirements

As this is a completely remote position, the candidate must have:

- A personal laptop or desktop computer.
- A stable and reliable internet connection.
- A smartphone with an active calling facility.
- A quiet and professional environment for counselling calls and online meetings.
- The ability to work independently, responsibly and consistently from home.

Candidates without a personal laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection should not apply.

- Strong ability to build trust and convert enquiries into admissions.

Compensation

Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, communication skills and interview performance. Performance-based incentives may be offered in addition to the fixed salary.

Work Arrangement

This is a completely remote, full time work-from-home position. Candidates may work from anywhere, provided they possess the required equipment, a stable internet connection and a professional working environment.
