1. Lead Engagement & Conversion:

- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, partners, and digital channels.
- Counsel prospective candidates on overseas career opportunities and program pathways.
- Drive end-to-end conversion—from initial inquiry to enrollment

1. Program Pitching & USPs Communication:

- Clearly explain AIM’s international programs, including:
- Global job opportunities and career pathways
- Structured training and placement support
- Visa and documentation assistance
- End-to-end mobility solutions
- Tailor the pitch based on candidate profile, aspirations, and eligibility.

1. Sales Funnel Management:

- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurturing of leads to maximize conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

1. Candidate Counseling & Relationship Management:

- Build trust with candidates through transparent communication.
- Address queries related to program structure, costs, timelines, and outcomes.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled candidates.

1. Coordination with Internal Teams:





- Work closely with operations, documentation, and program teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
- Ensure accurate handover of candidate information post-conversion.

- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Target-driven with a high sense of ownership
- Good CRM and data management skills
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities

Education & Background:

- Experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / EdTech / Overseas Education / Recruitment
- Prior experience in counseling for study abroad or international job programs is a strong advantage.
