About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counsellors to join our team at CCN. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech sales, education counselling, course sales, or student counselling and be confident in handling prospective students and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding CCN's courses, programs, and career opportunities.

Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.

Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.

Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

Explain course structure, fees, duration, career scope, and other relevant details to students and parents.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.





Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission process.

Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for student onboarding.

Consistently work towards achieving individual and team revenue targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Education Counselling / Inside Sales / Course Sales.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Excellent Hindi and English communication; Marathi will be an added advantage.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven workplace.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert leads into admissions.

Candidates from reputed EdTech companies with relevant counselling/sales experience are preferred.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
