We are looking for a confident and energetic Student Enrollment & Counselling Executive to connect with students, understand their career goals, explain suitable training programs, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
- Counsel students about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead records and regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, inside sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Arts graduates preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Education/training industry experience is an advantage.
