- Data Management: Enter and update vehicle sales, customer details, bookings, and service records into the Dealer Management System (DMS) or ERP software.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management on test drives, retail sales, and stock inventory.
- Billing and Claims: Process vehicle billing, invoices, and handle corporate or exchange claims.
- Reconciliation: Cross-check system records with physical invoices, job cards, and delivery documents
- Education: Graduate degree (BCA, B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Robust command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an automobile dealership environment. Familiarity with a DMS platform is a strong advantage
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
