As an EDMCS -- Techno / Functional - Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope, using these experiences as opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities





- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Developing and applying business process analysis and financial planning skills to enhance client outcomes
- Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform financial planning and performance management
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for advanced data insights and reporting
- Conducting process root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational challenges
- Supporting the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve client performance
- Participating in the creation and management of budgets to align with client strategic objectives

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for informed decision-making
- Applying business process analysis to optimize operations
- Developing financial forecasting models to enhance profitability
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within diverse environments
