About Foundlogue ✍️

Foundlogue is a new-age editorial platform dedicated to documenting the journeys behind founders and the brands they build.

Our focus is not startup news, funding announcements or generic company profiles. We want to tell the story that comes before the success — where founders came from, what shaped them, how the idea originated, how they started from zero, the early struggles, first customers, failures, turning points and the journey through which an idea became a company.

Our belief is simple:

Every founder has a prologue.

We are currently building our founding editorial team and are looking for an Editorial & Content Intern – Founder Stories based in Bengaluru.

?️ What you’ll do

You will work closely with the founding team and be involved across the complete founder-story workflow.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Research founders, companies, industries and relevant background before interviews.

✔ Prepare founder briefing notes and thoughtful interview questions.

✔ Coordinate, participate in and gradually conduct founder interviews.

✔ Work with interview recordings, transcripts, notes and research material.

✔ Identify compelling story angles, milestones, turning points and quotes from founder conversations.

✔ Turn founder interviews and transcripts into engaging long-form editorial stories.

✔ Write profiles that capture the founder’s journey, struggles, decisions, milestones and evolution of the brand.

✔ Develop strong headlines, introductions and narrative structures.

✔ Fact-check names, dates, company milestones, quotations and other information before publication.

✔ Work with AI-assisted editorial tools for research, transcription, outlining and drafting while maintaining originality and editorial judgment.

✔ Edit and refine AI-assisted drafts so the final story feels human,



accurate and publication-ready.

✔ Create shorter versions of stories for LinkedIn, newsletters and other Foundlogue channels.

✔ Help develop Founder Roadmaps, quote cards and other visual storytelling formats with our design team.

✔ Support Foundlogue’s podcast and video interview preparation.

✔ Maintain founder pipelines, editorial trackers and story progress.

✔ Contribute ideas for founders, story formats and the editorial calendar.

? Who we’re looking for

We’d like to meet someone who genuinely enjoys discovering the story behind the person, rather than simply producing content.

You could be currently pursuing or recently graduated in:

✅ Journalism

✅ Mass Communication

✅ Media Studies

✅ Communication Studies

✅ English Literature / English

✅ Creative Writing

✅ Business / Economics / Commerce — if you have strong writing and storytelling skills

Your academic background is not the most important factor. What matters is whether you can research deeply, ask thoughtful questions and turn conversations into compelling stories.

You should ideally have:

✅ Excellent written and spoken English.

✅ Strong storytelling and narrative-writing ability.

✅ Curiosity about founders, entrepreneurship, brands and businesses.

✅ Good research and fact-checking skills.

✅ Ability to listen to conversations and identify the real story within them.

✅ Confidence communicating with founders and senior professionals.

✅ Ability to ask thoughtful follow-up questions during interviews.

✅ Solid attention to detail.

✅ Ability to manage multiple stories and deadlines.





✅ Comfort using AI tools responsibly as part of the research and editorial workflow.

✅ An interest in podcasts, video interviews, newsletters and digital publishing.

Previous writing, journalism, college publication, blogging, podcasting or editorial experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

❌ What we are NOT looking for

This is not primarily an SEO-blog-writing internship.

We are not looking for someone whose approach is simply:

Keyword → AI-generated article → publish.

Foundlogue is being built around original conversations and human stories.

AI will help us work efficiently, but curiosity, research, interviewing, editorial judgment and storytelling must come from you.

As Foundlogue grows, strong performers may have opportunities to take on greater editorial responsibility and explore longer-term opportunities with the team.

? Work arrangement

This is a 6-month, full-time hybrid internship based in Bengaluru with a stipend of ₹20,000 per month.

Candidates should be based in Bengaluru or be willing to relocate and should be comfortable attending in-person editorial meetings, founder interviews, recordings and other sessions when required.

- The remainder of the work can be carried out remotely as part of the hybrid setup.
