Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills (Must Have)

- Solid hands-on experience with Informatica Axon Data Governance and Informatica EDC.
- Proven capability in data governance implementation, business glossary setup, stewardship models, and workflows.
- Experience with metadata management, data cataloging, classification, and end-to-end lineage.
- Working knowledge of RDBMS concepts, SQL fundamentals, and enterprise data ecosystems (DW/Lake/Lakehouse).
- Ability to troubleshoot scanner runs, connectivity, metadata extraction, and Axon-EDC synchronization issues.

Governance & Domain Skills

- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, policies/standards, and operating models.
- Experience engaging stakeholders (Data Owners, Stewards, Compliance, Risk, Security) to drive adoption.
- Knowledge of data quality, reference/master data concepts, and controls is an advantage.
