About the Role

Rack Pool Tables India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our product catalogs across major e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and our brand stores across the US, Europe, and Canada .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in catalog management, product listing optimization, A+ Content, marketplace operations, and e-commerce website management .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and company e-commerce websites .
- Create, update, and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, attributes, images, and other catalog content.
- Ensure product catalogs are accurate, complete, consistent, and compliant with marketplace requirements.
- Create and manage Amazon A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and Brand Stores .
- Regularly audit listings for content accuracy, pricing, images, variations, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve catalog errors, listing suppressions, deactivations, ASIN/SKU issues, and other marketplace-related problems .
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, design, and product teams for catalog updates and content requirements.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM) catalog-related activities,



including listing updates and shipment-related coordination.
- Audit accounts for eligible reimbursements/refunds and raise and track claims with Amazon, marketplaces, and carriers.
- Communicate with marketplace support teams and follow up on escalated catalog and listing issues.
- Handle website backend functionality and updates through WordPress
- Work closely with developers to implement website functionality, design changes, and technical updates.
- Manage website content and coordinate design-related updates to ensure product information and visuals remain current.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve content quality, visibility, and conversion .

Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, marketplace operations, or a related role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central .(Mandatory)
- Good understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM and marketplace listing requirements .
- Experience with A+ Content / Brand Stores is preferred.
- Familiarity with Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Good understanding of SEO and product listing optimization .
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple products and tasks simultaneously.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
