Role Summary

We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to own vendor identification, negotiation, and new product development for our e-commerce catalog — from concept through supplier onboarding, compliance, and launch — while maintaining disciplined sourcing records, risk oversight, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/manufacturers, including overseas suppliers where required, through structured market researchExecute sourcing events (RFQs/bid processes) and lead price and contract negotiations to secure favorable cost, terms, and capacityOwn end-to-end new product development: concept, sampling, costing, and launch coordinationBuild and manage supplier relationships, evaluating performance and resolving issues to ensure a reliable,



high-quality supply chainConduct or coordinate factory/vendor audits and manage compliance, quality, and governance documentationAssess third-party/supplier risk and maintain contingency plans for critical categoriesAnalyze spend, pricing trends, and supplier KPIs (cost, cycle time, contract compliance) to identify savings and improvement opportunitiesTrack inventory and demand patterns to support assortment and stock planningMaintain accurate sourcing records, contracts, and purchase order documentation in line with company policyCoordinate cross-functionally with product, quality, compliance, and logistics teamsManage marketplace catalog/listing accuracy and resolve supply-related operational issues
