About the Role

Femenest is looking for an experienced and highly organised D2C & E-Commerce Operations Manager to manage our complete order fulfilment and logistics operations across our own website and multiple marketplaces .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Unicommerce and Shiprocket and should be capable of ensuring that every order is processed, packed, dispatched and tracked on time.

This is a highly operational and hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, systematic record keeping and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they affect customers or marketplace performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management

- Manage daily orders from the Femenest website as well as marketplaces .
- Ensure all orders are processed, packed and dispatched within the required timeline.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure there are no unnecessary dispatch delays.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor marketplace SLAs and ensure compliance with dispatch timelines.
- Track orders from order placement until successful delivery.

Unicommerce Management
- Have strong hands-on knowledge of Unicommerce .
- Manage order processing, inventory, fulfilment and order allocation through Unicommerce.
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between the website, marketplaces and warehouse.
- Identify and resolve inventory sync, order allocation and fulfilment issues.
- Maintain accurate operational data and records within the system.

Shiprocket & Logistics Management
- Have strong practical knowledge of Shiprocket .
- Manage AWB generation,



courier allocation, manifests, pickups and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipments that are pending pickup, in transit, delayed or undelivered.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain systematic records of courier and shipment performance.

RTO & NDR Management
- Maintain daily and systematic records of RTO, NDR, delivered, cancelled and returned orders .
- Monitor NDR shipments and coordinate with courier partners for re-attempts.
- Analyse reasons for RTO and identify recurring issues.
- Take corrective action to reduce unnecessary RTOs.
- Track RTO shipments until they are received back at the warehouse.
- Ensure returned inventory is properly updated in the system.

Reporting & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate daily records for:
- Orders received
- Orders dispatched
- Pending orders
- Courier pickups
- Delivered orders
- NDR
- RTO
- Returns
- Cancellations
- Inventory discrepancies
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
- Maintain systematic documentation so that every shipment can be tracked and reconciled.
- Identify operational gaps and report them to management.

Marketplace Operations
- Manage operational requirements across marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Meesho, Nykaa and other platforms .




- Ensure marketplace orders are processed within the required SLA.
- Monitor dispatch breaches, cancellations, RTO and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams wherever required for operational issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in D2C/E-Commerce Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Unicommerce – mandatory .
- Strong hands-on experience with Shiprocket – mandatory .
- Experience managing both D2C website and marketplace orders .
- Strong understanding of order fulfilment and warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of courier and logistics operations.
- Experience handling NDR, RTO, returns, cancellations and delivery issues .
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and systematic working approach.
- Ability to independently identify and solve operational problems.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is hands-on, highly organised and accountable .

This is not a purely managerial position. The candidate should be comfortable working directly on Unicommerce, Shiprocket, marketplace portals, courier dashboards and operational reports every day.

The person should take complete ownership of ensuring that:

Order received → Order processed → Packed → Pickup → Shipped → Delivered → RTO/NDR/Return managed → Inventory updated is properly tracked and recorded at every stage.

Compensation

₹35,000 per month

Salary may be reviewed based on performance, experience and contribution to improving operational efficiency.

Preferred Background

- Experience with fashion/apparel D2C brands, Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket and major marketplaces will be strongly preferred.
