Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online business operations across our website and third-party marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring seamless coordination across inventory, logistics, customer service, and marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across the website and third-party marketplaces.
- Drive online sales and achieve monthly revenue and growth targets.
- Manage Shopify store operations, including product listings, collections, pricing, inventory, offers, promotions, and merchandising.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory across Shopify and other sales channels.
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.
- Oversee returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds while working towards reducing return rates.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces and their account managers.
- Plan and execute marketplace growth strategies, campaigns, offers, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales, conversion,



traffic, AOV, customer behaviour, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing, social media, performance marketing, and creative teams for campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure products are properly categorized, tagged, merchandised, and optimized across digital platforms.
- Track and report key e-commerce metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Work closely with the management team to plan and execute e-commerce growth initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, product assortment, and online merchandising trends.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations/Management, preferably in the fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or D2C industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Experience in managing online sales, inventory, order fulfilment, returns, and marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as Revenue, AOV, Conversion Rate, Traffic, CAC, ROAS, and Return Rate.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, vendors, and priorities independently.
- Robust attention to detail and ownership of business targets.
